The National Election Board of Ethiopia (NEBE) is seeking qualified professionals for several vacant positions across various regional and federal duty stations. All candidates must not be members of any political party.

• Education: Masters or BA degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Networks, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years for Masters or 7 years for BA in ICT support.
• Key Skills: Network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS), OS proficiency (Windows, Linux), and hardware maintenance.

2. CVE and Inclusive Expert

• Education: Masters or BA degree in Education, Gender and Inclusion, Curriculum Development, or related fields.
• Experience: 5 years for Masters or 7 years for BA.

3. Political Party Affairs & Election Operation Expert

• Education: Masters or BA degree in Political Science, Development Studies, Law, Management, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience: 5 years for Masters or 7 years for BA.
• Duty Stations: Nekemte, Jimma, Gode, Bonga, Assosa, Hossana, Semera.

4. Cashier

• Education: Masters or Bachelors in Accounting & Finance, Economics, or Business.
• Experience: 0 years for Masters or 3 years for BA.
• Duty Stations: Shashemene, Nekemte, Jimma, Gode, Debre Birhan, Bonga.

5. Junior Finance Expert II

• Education: Masters or Bachelors in Accounting & Finance, Economics, or Business.
• Experience: 2 years for Masters or 4 years for BA.
• Duty Stations: Adama, Shashemene, Dessie, Gonder, Debre Birhan, Bonga.

6. Finance Expert

• Education: Masters or Bachelors in Accounting & Finance, Economics, or Business.
• Experience: 5 years for Masters or 7 years for BA.
• Duty Stations: Jimma, Gode, Bonga, Hawassa.

7. Human Resources and Administration Expert

• Education: Masters or Bachelors in HRM, Management, Business Administration, or Public Administration.
• Experience: 5 years for Masters or 7 years for BA.
• Duty Stations: Nekemte, Dessie, Debre Birhan.

8. Logistics Expert

• Education: Masters or Bachelors in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or Logistics Management.
• Experience: 5 years for Masters or 7 years for BA.
• Duty Stations: Shashemene, Nekemte, Jimma, Gode, Gonder, Debre Birhan, Bonga.

9. Frontend Developer

• Education: BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Key Skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, or Angular).
• Work Place: Addis Ababa.

10. Procurement Expert

• Education: Masters or Bachelors in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Management, or Economics.
• Experience: 5 years for Masters or 7 years for BA.
• Duty Stations: Nekemte, Jimma, Gode, Debre Birhan, Bonga.
