Recruitment Notice for Polling Station Administrators

The National Election Board of Ethiopia (NEBE) is carrying out several pre-election activities in preparation for the 7th General Election scheduled to be held on May 24, 2018.

To ensure a free, fair, and transparent election process, the Board is seeking to temporarily hire independent polling station staff to serve as Polling Station Administrators across all regions of Ethiopia.

Who Can Apply?

All interested applicants who meet the eligibility requirements listed below are invited to submit their applications online.

Registration Period

Applications are open for 10 consecutive days from December 19 to December 28, 2018.

Recruitment Criteria

• Applicants must be 18 years old or above
• Must not be a member of any political party
• Minimum educational qualification: Grade 12 and above
• Place of work: Polling stations established by NEBE
• Ability to speak and write the working language of the region
• Duration of employment: Two (2) months
• Female applicants are strongly encouraged to apply
